pump, unlike Tark's
oil pumps, uses a cartridge
which separates the
rotor and coolant from
the stator and motor. Because
the motor, then, is
not cooled by the water,
it is vented to the
ambient air. With
this design, the impeller,
rotor and coolant are
hermetically sealed
from the inlet to the
outlet of the pump. |
