PRICING.
If Tark will be the manufacturer of the cooling system,
NRE (non-recurring engineering fee) is typically NOT charged.
Under those circumstances, Tark usually incurs all up front
expenses including design. For design only, Tark usually
charges by the job (plus expenses). Please see the
